Chopped the onion, crush the garlic,and rinse the lentils and chickpeas
Dice the potato, tomato, and the pepper (deseeded)
Heat the olive oil and add the onion. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes, until soft.
Add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the dry spices and cook for 2-3 minutes (add a drop more oil if dry).
Add the pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree, chickpeas, lentils, potato, stock and lemon juice. Simmer for 20 minutes (poatoes and lentils should be soft)
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
